Landbot GPT Chatbot | Family Planning NGO (Multilingual Support)

This project involved designing and developing a GPT-powered chatbot in Landbot for a Family Planning NGO in Nigeria, with the mission to expand access to reliable health education. The client’s objective was to provide trusted, multilingual health information through accessible digital channels.

The chatbot was deployed on WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, ensuring reach in communities where mobile-first communication is most common. It was designed with a focus on conversation design, user safety, and cultural inclusivity.
