What automation services does GIXIAI offer?
Four things: automating the routine steps your team repeats, connecting your tools so information moves between them on its own, using AI to handle paperwork and data entry, and building something custom when nothing off the shelf fits. Most projects mix a few of these.
How do I start automating my business processes?
Pick one job your team does the same way every week — chasing invoices and passing on new enquiries are common starting points. We map how it works today, build the automation, then run it alongside your current process until you are happy to switch.
Which tools and platforms do you use for automation?
Mainly n8n, because it runs on your own account: the automations belong to you and the cost does not climb as you use them more. We also work with Make and Zapier where they suit the job, and build bespoke when a task outgrows ready-made tools.
How long does an automation project take?
Most projects are finished in two to six weeks once we've agreed what's needed. Automating a single task between a couple of tools is usually done in under two weeks. Bigger jobs that touch several systems, or older software, take closer to six.
Can you automate older software that wasn't built to connect?
Usually, yes. Older systems rarely offer a modern way to plug in, so we use what they can already do: reading the files they export, pulling details out of the emails they send, or filling in their screens the way a person would.
What industries do you serve with automation?
We work with finance, healthcare, online retail, logistics, and professional services. Honestly though, the industry matters less than the task: if your team does the same thing over and over, by hand, across more than one system, it can probably be automated.
Do you provide support and maintenance after launch?
Yes. Everything we build reports its own failures, so a problem is caught the same day rather than weeks later when the work has piled up. We keep things running, fix breakages when one of your other tools changes, and adjust as your process changes.
How much does business automation cost?
Automation projects start at $99 and websites at $199. Price moves with how many tools need to talk to each other and how much is built from scratch. We quote a fixed price per project rather than by the hour, so the cost is known upfront.
Can you automate repetitive tasks in my current software?
In most cases yes, without replacing anything. If your software has an API we connect to it directly. If it does not, we work through its exports, its emails, or its screens. The test is whether the task follows the same steps each time.
Do we need to replace the software we already use?
No. Automation sits between the tools you already have rather than replacing them, so your team keeps working in the systems they know. We only suggest replacing something when it genuinely cannot do the job and its licence costs more than the work to move.
What happens if an automation breaks while we're using it?
It tells us. Every workflow we build reports its own failures and retries the steps that are safe to retry, so nothing silently stops overnight. Anything it cannot resolve reaches a person with the record that failed, rather than disappearing into a log nobody reads.
Is n8n better than Zapier for a small business?
It depends on volume. Zapier charges per task, so cost grows with use; self-hosted n8n costs the same whether it runs a hundred times a month or a hundred thousand. Below roughly 2,000 tasks a month Zapier is usually simpler and cheaper.
How much time does automation usually save?
It depends entirely on the task, so we measure before we build: how often the job runs, and how long one pass takes. That gives an hours-per-month figure you can check afterwards. If the number does not justify the build, we say so.
Do you sign an NDA before seeing our data?
Yes, and before any access is shared. Where automations run on your own infrastructure your data never leaves it. Where a third-party service is genuinely needed we name it before we build, so you know exactly which systems hold your information.
What do you need from us to get started?
A description of the job you want handled and access to the tools it touches, usually read-only at first. One person who knows how the work is actually done matters more than documentation. The first conversation takes about thirty minutes and costs nothing.
